东欢坨矿建筑物下条带开采方案设计与应用

Design and Application of Strip Mining Under Building in Dong Huantuo Mine

摘要: 通过对东欢坨矿南一采区现有井下工程情况及煤层稳定性分析,结合东欢坨矿建筑物下(简称“建下”)开采现状及目前国内建下开采技术水平,设计采用采宽60m、留宽70m的条带开采方案,并预计地表沉陷及移动变形。采用FLAC3D有限差分法进行数值模拟,模拟结果显示,所采用的开采方案对地表造成的移动变形及沉陷均较小,能够保证对地表建筑物破坏在Ⅰ级以下。工程实践证明了模拟计算的准确性。该开采方案在一定程度上延长了矿井的服务年限,降低了煤炭生产成本,提高了煤炭生产效率。

Abstract: Through analysis of the situation and seam stability in Donghuantuo mining south area, combining with Donghuantuo mining situation under building and domestic mining technology level at present, designed with mining width 60m, 70m wide left of strip mining, and is expected to surface subsidence and deformation movement. Dissertation uses FLAC3D finite difference method for numerical simulation. The design’s effect of movement deformation and surface subsidence is small. It ensure the destruction of the surface buildings in grade Ⅰ or less. Engineering Practice has proved that the accuracy of the simulation. To some extent, the design extend the service life of the mine, reduce coal production costs and improve the efficiency of coal production.
